- Infinitely customizable charts, grouping, colors, line-weights, etc. for pre-prepared chart
- Utility meter data can be imported down to 15-minute interval data and explored dynamically across any desired time period for historical trend, occupied / unoccupied pattern analysis, weather to energy statistical correlation, baseline v. nominal year comparison, and various other analysis, charting, and reporting capabilities.

- Customized, highly configurable ‘Expert Rules’ to be set up which are processed each night on the previous day’s trended BAS data.
- Enormous amount of analysis is performed with “Diagnostic Alerts” screened by skilled Professionals who then create specific issues for corrective action by Owner or Contracted personnel.
- The analogy used to develop the process is a large amount of patients (building systems) and the need to perform triage to determine what needs to be addressed first and then diagnose the operating issue based on identifiable symptoms.
TRACKING: On-Line Cx Issue Tracking
- Integrated Issue Tracking accessed and utilized by all members of a project team
- Allows documentation of Issues including the attachment of charts, pictures, and other documents specific to individual issues and actions taken to resolve.
- The Issue Log can be sorted, filtered, generated to a PDF document report and emailed to Cx Team members.
- Automated notification features allow users to choose to receive daily, weekly, monthly emailed reports containing new or changed issues.
